We collect data in two primary ways: directly through our website (forms, demo requests, account onboarding) and indirectly through AI chat agents deployed on our and our clients' websites.
- Contact information: name, business name, email, phone number, industry.
- Conversation data: messages submitted to our AI chat agents, including timestamps and session identifiers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referring URLs, device/browser metadata, IP address.
- Billing data: handled and stored by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
2. How We Use Data
- To respond to demo requests and provide the services you contracted.
- To train, tune, and monitor the AI Sales Manager deployed on your site.
- To send transactional and service-related communications.
- To improve performance, security, and customer experience.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use client conversation data to train third-party foundation models.
3. Cookies & Tracking
We use first-party cookies and lightweight analytics to understand site usage and remember user preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser; some features (e.g., booking a demo) may not function correctly without them.
4. Third-Party Integrations
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate our services:
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- Apollo — sales enrichment and outbound communications.
- Google (Analytics, Workspace, reCAPTCHA) — analytics, communication, and abuse prevention.
- Robofy / AI providers — to power the AI Sales Manager chat agent.
- Cloud hosting providers — to host websites, databases, and AI workloads.
Each vendor processes data under its own privacy policy. We restrict the data shared to what is strictly necessary.
5. Data Retention
We retain contact and conversation data for the duration of your engagement plus a reasonable archival period for legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
